A: Yes, you can pick up from local store at 677 Latrobe Street Docklands 3008 (Shop 9B, opposite MC Dental)
Q: How long does delivery normally take?
A: We strive for the fastest delivery time to give our customers the best experience. However some remote, or further locations such as interstate, and regional areas, will take longer to arrive, as well as certain public holiday periods. Our orders will come with tracking information, or you could contact us regarding updated shipping details.
Q: Do you compound medicines?
A: We currently do not compound any medicines.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Schedule 3 and 4 (Pharmacist Only, and Prescription Only) medicines will not be able to be refunded, due to pharmacy regulations, so please double check your order before purchasing.

All other retail products can be exchanged or refunded with receipt within 2 weeks if item is faulty or damaged.
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, please contact our team, as we may be able to assist on a case-by-case basis.
